The easiest things anyone can ever do for themselves is breathe. Fast, slow, calmy, hastily, and swift. The wellness of knowing your alive is something to breathe happily about. The importance of wellness is not how often you go to the doctor, or workout for that perfect body; moreover its being happy with your life and perserving your spirit for the next breath of air. Wellness is the outlet from illness, you know the ills of society that takes hold of you; making forget you exist. Wellness is the prevention one provides to their soul while making sure that when you breathe that the air you come up for is better than  the one you inhaled before. Wellness allows you to breathe... and breathe again. How do you define Wellness?
